Sage Patanjali said: ”Pranayama can be the cure or cause any disease”

Pranayama is a fundamental practice in the ancient Indian tradition of yoga, emphasizing breath control and conscious breathing techniques to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The term “Pranayama” is derived from two Sanskrit words: “Prana,” meaning life force or vital energy, and “Ayama,” meaning expansion or extension. Together, Pranayama translates to the control of the breath and energy in the body.

Niraj is a highly skilled yogi who has had this knowledge passed down to him in his family lineage in India. While pranayama is generally beneficial, it is essential to practice under the guidance of an experienced instructor, especially for beginners.

In summary, Pranayama is a profound practice that extends beyond the physical act of breathing. It serves as a gateway to self-discovery, mindfulness, and overall well-being, fostering a harmonious connection between the body, mind, and spirit.

Pranayama involves conscious regulation of the breath, focusing on the inhalation (puraka), exhalation (rechaka), and retention (kumbhaka) of breath. These controlled breathing exercises aim to balance and channel the flow of prana throughout the body.
