Gloria’s Place
A Sanctuary Born from Love. Our journey began with a cherished friendship and a shared dream.
In 2014, we lost Gloria Rowe, my dear friend and an extraordinary soul. Gloria was a remarkably talented artist and a devoted mother whose love knew no bounds.
Gloria and I dreamed of creating a haven—a space that would embody healing, artistry, love and support. When the opportunity arose to transform her home into a wellness centre, it felt like a calling, a way to honour her memory and continue her legacy of love and compassion.
At Alchemy of Life, we endeavour to offer everything we believe would have supported Gloria on her wellness journey. We combine the restorative power of nature, creative expression, and nurturing community to provide a sanctuary where individuals can embark on their own paths toward wellness and wholeness.

Building upon Gloria’s Legacy of love, compassion and Art:
My own journey towards wellness began in 2014, around the time we lost Gloria. I was emotionally and physically unwell, and it was through embracing holistic lifestyle principles that my healing journey began. This transformative period also marked the beginning of my artistic journey, as creative expression became a vital part of my recovery and continues to be a cornerstone of my well-being. I am passionate about offering a space for individuals to find their own paths to wellness.
I am a self-taught artist who delves into the realm of intuitive painting to ignite creativity and self-discovery. With a passion for guiding individuals on their artistic journeys, I offer immersive workshops that invite participants to explore the depths of their imagination through various painting mediums.
At Alchemy of life, you’ll encounter the essence of our vision – a haven where nature, creativity, love and support intertwine to nurture you toward wellness and wholeness.
